Parti Dawns Lan Mor Girls Meet Prince William
Mary Parry's Parti Dawns Lan Mor were invited to entertain during a Young People of the year accolades ceremony in the Officers Mess at RAF Valley in December 2005. They had a wonderful surprise as Price William who had spent two weeks on work experience at the RAF Valley mainly with the Search and Rescue Training Unit somewhere in Snowdonia watched as they danced. It was a great honour for the girls as they danced for 30 minutes for Prince William (the future King of England). Mary's daughter Angela sang the song My Wales. The Prince arrived for the last half an hour of the ceremony to hand out certificates to the final five finalists. The winner wasGlesni Mai Roberts of Bodedern.
Other finalists were
Tommy Glyn Rowlands from Gwalchmai
in second place, Daniel Flower of Holyhead,
Elysa Jackson from Caergeiliog and
