My nanna and Grandad lived in Holyhead for a number of years, they used to own the farmhouse about 3 miles down the road that goes down the side of Treadurr Bay towards South Stack etc...they then moved to Fford Jasper until my Grandad died of cancer there. I came across your website and couldnt remember the name of the camp sight that is on the way to South Stack lighthouse, it was turned into a divers shop years later I think and I dont know what it is now, can you remind me? I used to spend every summer with my Granparents (Ivy and Peter Bond) in Holyhead and she now lives with us in Southport, I really should go back as my Grandad and all his family are buried in Holyhead Cemetary. I also used to date a girl who lived near Fford Jasper called Delwyth Williams, her Mum ran a hairdressers on the side of the house and the last I heard she went to work as a train announcer at Wrexham Station...its a shot in the dark but do you know her or the family I mean, she would be about 35-37 years old and I dont know if her Mum still runs the business? Anyway, just fancied dropping you a line to re-live my own memories if nothing else. Thanks - Gavin Douglas - Gavin.Douglas@sfs-ifa.co.uk
